To those who weren’t there last night missed a whale of a race. Those carts had some heads up racing all thru the field of 19. Phill Harp, the leader of their series, won the 25 lap feature and he had said he would shave of his beard if he won and he was true to his word. He fought a hard battle dafting back and forth but he brought the # 77 cart across the line first for the win.Later he was seen walking around with a clean shaven face. Good job Phill. Bob…
