Me and my wife have adopted a few. Most people just blow off the idea of giving but when you tell them what there requests are they give it a second thought.
I spent time in Somolia as a Marine and a package from home would be the highlight of the month. Most people dont know how much simple things will boost our moral. This is a great program, even if you cant make it to the track you can still give. The flat rate boxes at the post office are cheap too.

Thank you for that comment. We are hoping that both nights will give a big turnout of much needed supplies for the soldiers. We appreciate everyone helping us in this drive. Soon my son-in-law will be in Iraq and I will be doing this again I am sure. He has already been to Afghanistan for 17 months and now must go to Iraq but the things on the list are so important to all of them especially the foot powder and writing paper. Things we take for granted but much needed there.

But again, thank you for backing us with this.

Last night brought him about 30 bags of goodies for the soldiers at Orlando. Hopefully tonight will be just as successful. With any money donations we get, they will be used to help ship the supplies to Iraq and Afghanistan but thanks to everyone who helped.
