Ivedent and crew decided that their luck at The Dream in Eldora wasn’t going too well (lousy draws for qualifying laps), so they bailed out and went to Maryville, TN. where he set fast time and won the feature.
Although he is the defending series Champion in the O’Reilly Southern All-Stars, he did it without winning any feature races. He’s fixed that problem now, and is quickly becoming more respected on the National scene.
Put this guy in a fully backed, top-flight team, and I think he could win just about anywhere. He’s not about to put Bloomquist out of business, but with some equipment and experience, he could become the national star that Earl Pearson Jr. has turned into.
