I spent yesterday afternoon with Julie and she got to hold my 9 month old grandson Kaden for the first time. Kaden is my middle son’s son and she loved it. In spite of the fact that she is on some heavy duty pain killers, she asked me to thank everyone for all the prayers. She has anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks left and I will be with her as much as possible. Her husband was able to get time off from his NASA job and be with her and that has been a great comfort. But she is home and that is where she wanted to be, not in a hospital room. She has her flowers she loves, her dog she loves, and more love coming thru her frontdoor that she can handle.
