Sorry guys, that is all I could get out of the 30 car field for Strictly Stocks.
Also, I apologize to the Mini Cups but I could not find a name list with car numbers to match.

What a blast! Any night at the races is good, but this one is was a little different. Everyone I met was calm, happy and there to race for fun.

Lacey Pate, the young girl who benefits from the weekend’s festivities, was on hand with her family. Her parents were most gracious, and thankful to Rick and the racers for their efforts. They were all having a great time too, and hope for a good crowd at tonights races. Although Lacey was dealt a bad hand in life, she is blessed with a loving family.

Lacey was an interested spectator at the collectable auction too. I guarantee her presence there made some of the bidders reach deeper into their wallets. How could you look at this girl and not want to help out?

Here is a sincere note from a guy who is not always serious on this board: please find some extra time to attend tonights races, enjoy yourself, spend freely and help a great cause. If the time is a problem, then can you find a little cash to contribute to her?

On the racing front, kudos to New Smyrna’s Bobby Holley. He was the only “northern” Super Stock to make the trip to OSW, and he ran very well. Bobby mixed it up with the leaders until a spin sent him to the rear, but he climbed back up to 4’th and looked really good running at our track.

29 Strictly Stocks took the green for their race, and what a crazy race it was. It was so cool to see such a large field of Strictlys again!

Tonight it is the 200 lapper, Legends (which are excellent at OSW), and of course the famous Bandos.

Good post Rex.

Its too bad more super stocks didnt show. I think most knew they didnt stand a chance to win so they stayed home.

We are planned to race last night and I had looked forward to it for months. But since I just got my stitches out on Monday and I did not have any tires for the race car, made it difficult for us to race. I did come to watch last night and had a great time! Plan on being there tonight too!

If they keep staying at home they will never have a chance of winning. We are running the same car and motor as we were 3 years ago, when we were finishing 5th-10th. Everyone should know our car is legal when we pulled the motor apart in tech this year and anyone is always welcome to look at our car and chassis anytime just ask.

I can understand the scrutiny that you have been through all year with tech but that was not what I was refereeing to. I just dont think that winner take all is very appealing to most drivers, especially if they primarily race at another track.

my bad ,I thought you meant we were cheating.
