Wayne Johnson has just arrived and marks our first sprint car arrival at Ocala.
Very interesting. Since Wayne has chased the ASCS National points the last couple of years you’d think he’d be at East Bay…But hey, that is a good shoe to have in the field!
Allow me to ask a stupid question - it’s going to be bone-chilling cold on Friday and Saturday night. I’ve heard of races being cancelled on account of cold before, is that in the cards?

BTW…One of the top modified racers in the country is now in route to Ocala Speedway.

I hear ya on that one Jack. Bundle up and come on out. I’ll be working on getting some heaters tomorrow to help make things a little more comfy. BTW all the northeners will be laughing at the folks by the heaters.
The ASCS at East Bay 2009 WinterNationals is not ASCS National this year but is only Rebel Region. That’s too bad after being part of the ASCS National series the last three years. The drivers chasing the ASCS National series have no need to come to East Bay this week.
Didn’t realize the Winternationals were Rebel Region only. That sucks!
