I think for the most part, most of us are being nice and not saying anything because this really is a dead horse that’s been beaten a lot around here.
But “you cant really say thatmoney was they key in alli owens starting 2nd” is about as false it can get. It was Alli’s sponsorship money that bought that ride because it’s a tremendously expensive ride to buy and they sure didn’t go asking around for female drivers that have won races. Trust me, I know how much that car costs to rent.
But as we’ve all said before, that’s the way the game is played in ARCA and she’s playing it masterfully by getting that sponsor to pony up the funds. We can all point to her lack of results, but the fact remains that she sold a sponsor to get her there and that’s all that really matters these days in so-called big league stock car racing.
So more power to her. I just hope she keeps her nose clean during the race and gets a good finish.

Monkey butt, also referred to as baboon ass. Red, irritated and itches like hell. One is also to make some monkey noises while in the process of scratching.
Todd come over and work on the dirt all day with me and you’ll discover “monkey but”. They sell that stuff at Tractor supply. It’s nothing more than men’s baby powder and it works very well. They found a great way to market it to a different niche. After all I can’t imagine any women that would be willing to be seen with a bottle of the stuff. Tractor supply also has another goody called “Dicks Crack Cream”. It’s just lotion. I put it on my bald head.
It was ingenious of them to sponsor a car. Soon trailers in pits everywhere will have a bottle of their own.

Note: This is NOT the same as “starting position” - which is determined by the Duels for spots 3 to 43
I think this is what he was referring to, or maybe just that it never seems to matter where you start in a restrictor plate race, since the pack moves together.
