Cmp Known Entries

Jason Garver, Doyle Boatwright, Eddie Gainey, Wayne Anderson, Randy Anderson plan to be at Columbia Motorsports Park on Saturday April 4th. These are people we know for sure are coming.

You never know.

On Friday the week before the race 2-20-09 the office was called and said that Wayne Anderson called and wanted to be on slab P03. And that he would be driving the #77 of Tom’s SLM on 2-28-09. He never called to cancel. I saw his post on the board (as everyone else) and thought that the CCMP office may of been mistaken. She said no that Wayne Anderson Racing wanted his slab P03. I call Wayne himself the see if there was a mix up. He said “No that with the times as they are Tom couldn’t run that weekend”. I thanked for the heads up. So be careful some time they say they want a slab and do not show. At least Wayne posted it so we could put another racer in his slab. We where FULL and had no slabs left. Thanks Wayne and see you soon. Remember we paid $3000.00 and the whole SUPER purse of $14,000.00 plus based on the 22, cars we had enter (even though only 19 started). Hope times improve Tom is a GREAT competitor. Maybe his Team can make next month. Everyone knows the last weekend of the month is at “The Late Model Capital of the SOUTH” CCMP.
Good luck on your race and hope you get a full field.

Beautifully worded as always Bobby .

Well I am sorry for your situation Bobby. But the boys are going to have to put up with the PRIDE of Clermont “Jessica Murphy”. I am sure we will have more, but they will come at the last minute. I don’t have a pre slab entry…

Just want to confirm that yes indeed, Wayne Anderson will be there competing this weekend, once again in Dick Anderson’s #92. Son Randy Anderson will also be racing.

Hopefully we’ll see some packed stands in Lake City this weekend!

Hopefully fans will see a good race at Columbia this weekend and sometimes you don’t need a ton of cars for a good race. The fans at Columbia are very loyal to their track and I am sure very excited about this Saturday. And yes, sometimes things happen and drivers can’t always go when they say they are coming. At least Columbia is trying and no entry fee is a great thing for the drivers and does help them alot and they don’t charge for a slab there either. Columbia is doing their very best to try and help the drivers in today’s economy which sucks big time and I wish them the very best this Saturday no matter who does or does not show up.

Attention Open wheel Modifies!!! How do you win $5,617.50 racing in a month???

Sorry I made a MISTAKE!!! Please check out the new post
