TBARA at Concord NC Saturday night

TBARA was the sprint car portion of Saturday night’s North-South Shootout at Concord Motorsports Park.
Feature - 1. David Steele, 2. Troy DeCaire, 3. D.J. Hoelzle, 4. Jason Blonde, and 5. Mickey Kempgens.

Dude Teate was the first car out after losing a wheel on lap 7. Bo Hartley led many laps before fuel pump failure took him out.

Can’t wait to see the TBARA sprint cars this Saturday night at Citrus County Speedway!

The Speed51.com radio show is on now. They are the ones who did the live audiocast of the North-South Shootout. I just asked in their live chat where one could find results for the sprint cars. Here is their reply:

7:21 We were not provided with any complete results from the TBARA Sprints. We were able to get some times periodically by going over to the track folks and getting them to print them down for us, but we were never brought a final rundown, and once we were off air on the radio, we didn’t see anything in the media booth. Maybe we missed it, but we didn’t see it.

The SK, Mods and SLM results were brought to us. Tuesday November 10, 2009 7:21

I use to love watching D.J. race modifieds especially one year during Speedweeks at New Smyrna. He can definitely wheel a modified and finished 3rd so congrats D.J. I miss seeing him race but I am sure I will again one day.

On the TBARA.net website, under Points, it lists the “Unofficial Season Results”, copied below. No indication is made as to if these points are current, or include the latest race in Concord.

Has Dave Steele locked up the 2009 TBARA Championship, going into Citrus this Saturday night? Can Troy Decaire still catch him this Saturday night?

Does anyone know??? :fragend005:
