Hey Rex when is the little 500? Robert and I are talking about coming up an video taping the shindig. Now that would be a hoot. Bob…
Its Friday, Jan. 14. Our nights at the Lil 500 aint prety. Its like watching a knife fight in the old folks home. Pretty rough, but still comical.
we will discuss it. The big thing is can Robert get off early enough. Send me the address and I map it so we know how long it will take us. What time do you usually meet? Bob…
FL… U guys gotta come on up… It is always a blast… Especially when Boneman’s son Michael turns him in the corners and blasts by his old slow butt…
And not too mention funny, wasn’t it last year (or the year before, no I think last year) we got the gate guy to offer Mark the booster seat to run in… Now you want to talk about a funny thing…
ROFLMAO…
Don’t worry, we are always there late…
Have a great day all…
Yeah Duane we would like to come up. We wanted too last year but something came up. I can’t even remember what it was. That shows you how important it must have been. Bob…
Wrestle up all of your fender drivers and I’ll wrestle up some sprint car drivers and we’ll have at it like the last event.
Not sure I can bring Troy DeCaire again since he’ll be racing at The Chili Bowl but I’m confident I can bring 2010 TBARA champ “The Bushnell Bullet” Shane Butler, 2009 Top Gun Sprint Series champ Ryan Partin, Hustlin’ Steve Heisler, FMSA competitor “The Hot Foot” Brian Penrose and I’ll try to bring in some other ringers.
Game on.

If my memory serves me right (don’t hold that one to be the gospel, BUT) didn’t we fender drivers boost you midget drivers arses last year… Hell even Edm got a win last year… didn’t he???
and maybe Jim will feel up to playing with the big boys in the little cars this year… No surgeries in the next couple weeks are there Gee Um…
ROFLMAO…
ps… Sorry Ed just had to…

Nope Doo-wain, nobody cutting on this old guy again…EVER…:sprachlos020:
Still planing on being there 2 weeks from tomorrow…:sport009: Just got to get my mind right to drive the wrong way on a race track…LOL
-Gee Um-
Is this open to anyone, even a newbie nobody?
Yeah, buddy I made it there last year, even won a heat race…LOL…ton of great people there, lotsa food and drink…maybe McCreary will even show up again this year.
Bring a (blocking) buddy to help ya out…LOL…oh, and remember…“Turn left to go right…”…that track is pretty damn slick, 'specially after they wash it down with the rosin…
Jacko, our motto is “everybody is invited, everybody is welcomed”. Its really fun and stress-free, so you would have great time. I’d like to meet you after seeing you race years ago. I remember seeing you at St. Augustine and New Smyrna.
Now back to the B.S…
Tripper, that will be cool to have Ryan Partin and Steve Heisler back, and to be joined by TBARA champ Shane Butler. Its a long haul to Orlando for CFS champ Mark Gimmler, but we need to invite him and Gary anyway. All those guys need the schoolin’ that the fendered crowd will dish out.
Because it is so casual we never know who is coming, but I hope that some of the SLM hot dogs will be back like Tim Russell and Brian Finney. I’m writting to some well-known, championship winning drivers, so who knows what may happen.
Bottom line: we’ll have a blast if we get the same group of losers we have every year: drivers from bombers, sportsman, Crash A Rama, mini stocks, fans and yes, even officials!
Of course it is open to everybody… Hell we even let Keeler operate a motorized vehicle… LMAO… Yes Mark busting on your arse again… This is always an awesome time and quite honestly, the more the merrier… So hope to see you there…
And don’t worry Gee um… I am sure your sick mind will allow yourself to go backwards…
I forgot about edm winning a race, but he certainly did manage to smack us down that time. Oh well, you know the old saying, “even a broken clock is right twice a day”.
Unless that clock operates on the 24hr time schedule then it is only right once per day…
ROFLMAO…
Couldn’t resist it…
boney
i think a video of this would be a gas. i would sure buy one and im sure all the guys who answered this post will… anything thats that much fun is worth remembering. so Bobert & Robert… save me one ok? i can use a laugh…
carol aka oz
Even the sun shines on a horses ass once in a while.
I hope that guy with the gloves without the smile shows up again, I am gonna wreck him.
Alright ladies, I’m assembling my army of sprint car drivers to take on those of you that feel the need to race with fenders and a roof on a regular basis.
I just got confirmation that Brian Gingras (winner of the season ending USAC and TBARA races at Citrus County) will be joining us. I’ve also got 2010 TBARA Champ Shane Butler, 2009 Top Gun Sprint Series Champ Ryan Partin, Hustlin’ Steve Heisler, Ray Bragg and Ben Fritz signed up for our team. Working on quite a few more as well.
Game on!
:huepfen024::huepfen024::huepfen024:
Add “The Legend” Stan Butler to the list of sprint car drivers!
:huepfen024::huepfen024::huepfen024:
Oh yeah? Well we’re gonna have the second place mini stock guy from Orlando!
Kidding aside, that is so cool Trippy. The more people come to kick back and have fun the better. And the fact that so many of the sprint guys are very talented and well known makes it an even bigger hoot. I’ve got to get motivated to do some actual work on this event and see if we can’t scrounge up some well known pavement drivers. We have some big names coming, but you have thrown down the gaunlet!
Heres hoping we can ge over to tape the madness. Bob…
