How is a good builder and how do you get a hold of them for a super late chassie?

Looking around the different chassis builders it looks like the selection is port city, Jimmy Cope, and howe are these good chassis and which is the best.

cope builds good cars ,but his engine are junk
AMF Chassis !
I recently had Bob build me a modified…It’s as nice as they get. The chassis construction and welds are incredible. Bob knows how to build them, set them up, and repair them. If I ever damage the chassis, I don’t have to drive far to get it back on his surface plate to get it repaired right. Bob and the boys at AMF Chassis can build you any style chassis you need.

All chassis can win, It is how much effort you put into it and how bad your desire is to win. Hamke, Lefthander, Port City, Garc, and numerous others have all won races across the country.
