I wondered about that also. The asphalt sprint car racing in Florida has been nearly non-existent this year because of a dispute between the track owners and the sanctioning bodies over sanctioning fees, or payouts if you prefer to call it that. So apparently one party or the other has capitulated and is either paying more or receiving less. I sure hope it works.
