Blackwater Integration to sponsor Truck Triple Crown events !

Orlando FL 8-23-11 - Event organizer Rick Bristol announced today that Blackwater Integration has stepped up to sponsor the Truck Triple Crown series. “We are very pleased to have Blackwater come on board to help us make this event very successful for the Pro-Trucks and Rookie Trucks and the three tracks involved” stated Bristol.

The company ,located in Lakeland FL., has steadily grown and become regarded as one of the premier systems integrators of broadcast and production technology in the southeastern United States. A central Florida location allows the flexibility to serve not only local clients but national clients as well.

Blackwater Integration?s core directives include Design and Engineering, Integration and Programming, Field Service and Help Desk, and Outside Support and Staffing. The company provides production services, graphic design, video editing, CAD design, installation, integration and maintenance for audio, video, data and telecommunications networks such as broadcast systems, voice systems, multimedia systems (on-site and remote) and teleconferencing systems. Blackwater Integration also provides and manages Network Operations Centers (NOC), ensuring the integrity and performance of our clients’ networks. To ensure clients receive first-class service, the company has implemented multiple customer support services including a 24 hours a day/7 days a week help desk.

The rookie series will now be known as the Blackwater Integration Rookie Triple Crown Series. Blackwater will award the top three drivers in the series with bonuses in the form of Visa cards. The champion will receive a $250.00 Visa card and a champions shirt. Second in points will receive a $100 Visa card, and third in points will receive a $50 Visa card. As an added bonus, the drivers not in the top three in points that attempted all three events will be entered into a drawing for two $50.00 Visa cards as well.

Blackwater is also sponsoring the Fast Qualifier Award at all three events for the Pro-Truck Triple Crown Series for $100.

“We are excited to be a part of what Rick is trying to do for the trucks in Florida. We want to support the effort and since we love the trucks, this is a great fit for us” stated Blackwater?s owner, Michael Martin. “We hope the pro and rookie truck drivers will come out in force for this Triple Crown”.

Rick that is great, you will be hearing from me soon.

Are all three races on the same weekend (a REAL Triple Crown series), or spread out over 18 months?

Well sir they are 3 races within 6 weeks !

First of all, while I to appreciated the Triple Crowns run on the same weekend I am not sure feel that is the only definition of “a real triple crown”. While you and others may make that your definition, I will tell you this is a real Triple Crown because it is happening, no matter how you run it. A driver needs to adapt to three tracks, survive 3 races and race hard for the title. I call that real no matter how you want to call it.
Thanks

Jimmy I don’t think that a lot of people now days can swing a 3 day race weekend. It just to hard to take off work and the money to make it to three races in one weekend is very exspensive. I know there are teams out there that can do it but for the most part the average person just can’t afford it.
It’s sad but the old days are gone forever. Atleast someone doing something different for the racers.

Good point Mod. Again, same old story, money has spoiled the sport.
