Scott I hear the frustration form you and Rick. There is a solution but it is not acted upon. Please read my suggestion early in this thread about a flagging system. That type if system is used on alot of messageboards and it works well.

Please stop telling Rick how to run this board. It’s been one of the longest running boards in the racing industry that I’m aware of, and STILL IS the #1 site in Florida for racing, despite what others think or say.
Once again, I say, IF YOU DON’T LIKE HOW IT’S DONE ON THIS FORUM, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE GO TO ANOTHER SITE! It’s not the end of the world and I assure you, the earth will continue to turn, the sun will continue to shine and racing will go on as it always has. Check out 4m.net. It’s a HUGE board with 1000’s of posts bashing tracks and series. You will have a field day there!
It’s ok to bash a track or a sanctioning body but not a person that pisses off people for kicks. I’m not telling anyone how to run this board. It’s suggestions that might help with the problems. I’m not your enemy. If I did not care about this website and messageboard I would not give a ratsass about suggesting ways to help.
If I went away as you suggest, tuna will have succeeded in his plan to run me off like all the others.

There is a little red triangle looking thing in the upper right corner of a post. It says to click to report the thread. Do not know if it works. On many forums over the years, i have dropped a few people, meaning I see nothing they post. I do not know if this forum has tghat ability.
edit: there is an ignore action you can intiate in your cp.
I joined this board back in about 2001. This stuff is mild to how I was talked about and the names I was called back then by a few on here from my track. And the pm’s were even more of a threat toward me personally. Bannings what did finally stopped it and they went on there way never to be heard of again on here.:sprachlos020:

[B][I]Dude this crap has been going on long before there was an EZ or a Tunaman. When you have a message board that has over 4,000 members it’s going to happen regardless. I ban Tuna it will happen again no matter what. I have been doing this board and several others since 1998 and to be honest like Rick W. said it has been alot worse. So banning a person a certain group doesnt like does nothing, they will find someone else they don’t like, happens everytime so you can just send me the 1K I’ll take cash…

I have kept my peace long enough. I have been involved in racing almost 60 years and I have seen some childish behavior on tracks all over the southeast, but you guys are topping it all. Follow Scottys advise. Go somewhere else please. I come on here because I love the sport and the people involved. Just agree to diagree and let it go. Why make us all sit thru your BS? Enough is enough!!!
You know what, you are right Bob. Enough is enough. BUT, the arguing and bashing will always be here just as it always has been unless rules are established and enforced or a flagging system is in place. People read the drama, look at the number of hits on the crap threads. Sad but true. People love drama.

Charlotte County Speedway used to have one til some jerk named “Truth” went on there and made everyone mad. Me and a few friends attacked him and it made it worse the eventually deleted the board. Maybe you should take the board away and clean it up then open it back up. I know you cant keep it closed cause its a good way of communicating events but maybe closing it for awhile will help (I seriously doubt it). Like someone said set up a flagging system it will be the only way unless you give more people Admin satus
