there was a rule you had to purchase tires from track to qualify ,there was another team saturday same thing happened.
was told by Ricky Brooks that thar rule was only for the first and last night.
So now Ricky is just like all the rest of the teq guys. He dont do it like you want…
grow up. the guy has done a good and fair job and now has figured out who is trouble makers and who wants to race…

This happened on FRIDAY when that rule was not in effect. Instead, the tech inspector made an arbitrary judgement and sent a competitor to the back of the line-up. This driver, who had put up with a weeks worth of agitation from this inspector, reacted in anger and frustration with a school yard insult that has been part of this sport since the days of Barney Oldfield. He was ordered to load it up.
Is that the role of the tech inspector?
Michael is not a whiner, and he’s not a trouble-maker. This guy is the ultimate grass roots racer who does his own work, and who saves and sacrifices just to race.
I know this is not how the track wants to treat the local competitors. This was a mistake and it is wrong to let this mess fester. Call the guy and make things right.

I think that is where part of the problem was, not all of the teams were there all week. I believe at least one of these teams had just arrived for the end of the week races.
everyone is going to think he is a ass for years now the track let people go on stuff and now you got a tech trying to even out the playing feild and go by the rules and sticking to them that is a good tech man and thats his job is to make sure these car are by the rule good job ricky
