The Racer’s Prayer… Compliments of Chaplain Bill Ross:
Lord, I pray as I race today, keep me safe along the way. Not only me, but others too, performing the job they do.
I know GOD, that in a race I, the driver, must set the pace. But in this race of life I pray, help me Lord along the way.
Although I see my weaknesses and I know I am a sinner, help me to believe and know THAT WITH GOD I AM ALWAYS A WINNER!!!
I have held on to this prayer for many years and wanted to share it with all drivers on this very special weekend. Chaplain Bill Ross has walked many miles passing this out to drivers at various race tracks in Florida. He is devoted to our drivers and this has always been his gift to them. God bless and keep all of you safe!
