FASTRAK and Gordon Park Speedway Join Forces in 2013 for Gordon Park 100

(Four Oaks, North Carolina) ? FASTRAK Companies International Officials, Drivers and Teams prepare for the final gala of the 2012 racing season with the ?Night of Champions? Awards Banquet in Nashville, Tennessee; we?re extremely delighted to make another big announcement from ?The Volunteer State?. Gordon Park Speedway located in Grovetown, Georgia will have their Pro (crate) Late Models program sanctioned by the FASTRAK Racing Series in 2013. It all gets started with the 1st Annual Gordon Park 100 March 1st and 2nd paying $1,000 to win with a ?glorified sparring session? Friday night. Then the $5,000 to win 60 Lap A-main Feature Saturday night for the drivers and teams of the FASTRAK City Chevrolet Touring Division in the Southeast/Mideast region.
Gordon Park Speedway is nestled in between Augusta and Grovetown, Georgia; a population area of almost 500,000 people will certainly be a great racing destination to discover in 2013. ?Some of the best ? mile dirt track racing you will ever see in your lifetime happens at Gordon Park Speedway.? proclaimed Promoter Brian Stewart. ?We have had such good success with Stan Lester and everyone at FASTRAK Companies International with the Modoc 100 at South Carolina?s Modoc Speedway.? Stewart continued saying the following, ?I tried running the (crate) program by myself last year and have realized FASTRAK Racing Series is the best fit for our program.?

In conclusion FASTRAK and Gordon Park Speedway have a great feeling the Inaugural Gordon Park 100 is going to be a big event with a sell-out crowd. Also the Gordon Park 100 will be the Season Opening Points paying event in the FASTRAK City Chevrolet Touring Series in the Southeast/Mideast region with an optional race for the drivers in the Northeast/ Great Lakes region as well.
