I heard on ESPN radio that NASCAR/DIS was willing to reseat people who wanted to move to higher seats. A noble gesture but what it really means is that there continues to be massive absent fans. 6 or 7 years ago it would have been a sellout. Vacant seats at Bristol was clearly the shot fired over the bow.
