Mac Steele gets inducted into the Little 500 Hall of Fame this Saturday in Anderson Indiana. Aside from being David Steele’s dad, Mac is a 13 time Little 500 car owner, and he notched 3 top 5 finishes.
He is still active in the Florida sprint car scene as the car owner for Larry Brazil Jr.

Good question! I attended the event once as a spectator and just loved the whole scene. If I had the chance to take part I certainly would; I’m always down for a little adventure, but I don’t have a clue how I could stay in the seat for so many laps!
Realistically, it is not in my future.
