Congratulations to Jesse Dutilly and His crew on the win at Auburndale.

Jesse
I am so happy for your win. This has been a very sad week for you. Your dad shines down on you with pride.

I’m not one of those that believes in ‘divine intervention’, yet I believe a lot in Karma… and Jessie Dutilly had it ALL on his side tonight. He went from front, to spun out, to almost having to accept a 2nd place effort… to the checkered flag. This was NOT an easy win (btw… the first time I’ve gotten to witness one of his wins)… but the energy was in the air that he SHOULD win the race, mere days after saying the ultimate goodbye to his Dad.
Daniel Webster passed EVERYONE in the field at one time or another, but finished 2nd at the end. And I’m pretty damned sure that if he couldn’t win himself, he couldn’t be disappointed to finish behind Jessie.
For all the ‘right’ reasons, the ‘right’ guy won tonight…!
Congrats to Jesse, what a way to win one. If Daniel didn’t get it I was sure pulling for Jesse. He is a clean racer and always fast.
How about the rest of the finishers?
Way to go ole buddy. I told you that all your Dad taught you would be with you forever. Good to have such a good friend as Bruce to help in times like this. Be tough and may God bless.
I just sent the complete finish from the whole weekend to Scott to post on the front page of Karnac as he has asked all tracks to do, so check there in a few minutes. thanks you
