Dirt and pavement in the same series! Sounds like fun. I hope it works out.
Sounds very interesting and doable. I hope you have enough races lined up to justify the tire purchases, Not many teams are funded to by a set of tires for only one race. In any event I hope all goes well for the series and the track. This certainly qualifies as daring to be different

We will be running the same tires for the dirt races as we do the asphalt. They have tested them and with a combination of a pretty dry packed track, they will work. There will be minimal changes allowed to run the dirt races, to keep costs down and to keep others from building and coming in just for the dirt races with trucks made more for the dirt and to keep the learning curve down. We do have someone to talk to that will give tips fairly to all the drivers. It is a first, we will make adjustments for the second one if needed, also why we gave the teams 1 drop for the two dirt races to be fair. We feel it work and be exciting…then we can improve it more for 2015 and maybe have a couple more dirt events. We are working hard to make the seires a viable stepping stone to gain experience on all types of tracks including a possible road course event for 2015. Thanks
Sounds like a plan I assume your throwaway cannot be used for a missed race. I guess your event will have to be run last to assure maximum packing and minimum moisture. NFS can pack and dry with the best of them.
Would be great to see them come to Eastbay.
Don’t be surprised !
You never know what is being talked about and worked on for 2015 !
Sounds cool!
