HUGE CRASH-A-RAMA PROGRAM SET FOR FRIDAY NIGHT AT ORLANDO SPEEDWORLD
The annual night after Thanksgiving Crash-A-Rama is all set for Orlando
SpeedWorld this Friday night and will feature the most extensive number of
events ever for one of these highly popular shows.
The evening will begin with a $1500 Enduro race open to all cars 4, 6, and 8
cylinder. Also on tap is the staple of Crash-A-Rama, the School Bus Figure 8
race that will pay $1000 to the winner.
Other events include the popular Boat/Camper Trailer race, Flag Pole race,
Skid Car race, a Reverse race, Car Football, The Gauntlet, a Roll-Over contest
and a Front-Wheel Drive Demolition Derby. The evening will be capped off by
Doug Rose and his “Green Mamba” Jet Dragster that will incinerate some unlucky
car or truck to end the evening’s festivities.
Among the drivers and “personalities” competing Friday night will be
“Fordzilla,” Madman Ralph Murchie, Jim “The Crusher” Erb, Raybo Rowland,
“Crazy Cuban” Shawn Michaels, Megan Matheny, Mike Gamache, William “Huggy
Bear” Hindman, “Bomber” Bill Loomis, Jamie “McCrazy” Sullivan, “Shockwave”
Shane Sutorus, Warren Howie, Charlie King, Mark Shukwit, Dustin Higdon and
many, many more.
Grandstand gates will open at 5 pm with all the action beginning at 7:30 pm.
Adult admission is just $20 with kids aged 6-11 being admitted for $10. All
kids aged 5 and under get in free. Remember to get there early to get the
