Cruise With The Champions & Dirtondirt.com Backs Southern All Star Rookie
FAYETTEVILLE, TN- The Southern All Star Dirt Racing Series has had many longtime sponsors and one that has been around is Cindy Knowles and Cruise with the Champions. Cindy has been awarding cruises to the series and rookies of the Southern All Stars for 24 years and this coming racing season will be no exception as they are back for their 25th year as well as having the 25th Annual Cruise with the Champions in 2019.
?Cindy has been around the Southern All Stars as long as I have and that will continue? said GM Lynn Acklin. ?Cindy and I basically grew up on this series as I worked for B J and her husband Wade was a regular on the series for years and now her son Jake competes on a semi regular basis with the series.?
Another sponsor that joined on with the Cruise with the Champions was Michael Rigsby and Dirtondirt.com as they are responsible for the $1,000 cash money that is awarded to the Southern All Star Dirt Racing Series rookie of the year.
?Michael and Dirtondirt.com came on board a few year back and made the commitment to helping out the rookie program with the $1,000 cash and we are delighted to be associated with them again in 2018.? said Acklin.
The first race of the season will be on Sunday afternoon March 4th at the Cherokee Speedway in Gaffney, SC., 16th March Madness paying $12,000 to win.
