Relocation of the Blue Gray?

Hey Mike.
I know that the Blue Gray has been a BIG part of Ocala history for many years. As far as relocating the Event:sprachlos020:. We are having our 2008 Open Wheel Modified Season opener race on 1-26-08. It is going to be a special event for us. The Cub Scouts of America warm-up “PINE WOOD DERBY” Event with “Brigadier General Jim Shelton” as our Grand Marshall. In our second season our focus as you is on the survival of Short Track Racing. Could :light:this become a annual Special Event for “America’s most Southern Asphalt Short Track”. What if we could named it the “North South” or “The North South Modified Shoot Out”(not wanting to steel the name). Maybe this would fill the void that the asphalt racer will feel with the loss of the Blue Gray? Call and let me know? I also feel you and Angie will develop the Ocala Speedway into the Crown Jewel of the South for Dirt Short Tracks. Sylvia and I can’t wait to get up and see you guys:auto003:. Thanks for all the support and guidance in our rookie year:ernaehrung004:. And Merry Christmas to you and yours!!!

Busy that Day

Bobby,
On that date there is a big North/South Late Model race happening at Lakeland. Any chance on chaging that date for your mods?

Sorry!!!

We have plan the year out and the plans are all in place. All the guest have made plans. We have the Scouts coming from all around to compete. The Open Wheel Modifieds opening date was because nowhere else they would be racing them. I just thought I see if it would help out the loss of the Blue Gray.
It always is something I guess. Thanks for your imput. Merry Christmas.

Ah geez…Reschedule because 1 fan is busy? That is a huge problem with racing today. Peeps think everything should revolve around them ARRGGGHHH!!! Anyhow, Bobby, i have REALLY busted your chops ever since you took over ccmp. It’s really starting to look like your headed in the right direction now and i’ll eat a little crow if need be. Keep south fla racing alive and i will be down for speedweeks, east bay, volusia, NSS and if anytjing is happening down your way i’ll stop in and introduce myself.:cool008:

Chickens on the menu.

No problem Benny. I have found in this business (after owning FASTRUCK since 1995 and now CCMP)you must have a thick hind:anim_pound:(skin). Oh yea. Doesn’t crow taste chicken. Hope to see you at CCMP:auto003:. Please look around and tell us if there is anything that you see that we can improve on. Merry Christmas:ernaehrung004:.
PS: Today marks one year for CCMP. WOW!!! The ROOKIE year is OVER!!!:huepfen024:
