Many people dont know it but Hank was VERY instrumental in the start of live Sunday racing on radio and TV. He also started the first racing tabloid.
He was also the father of the inverted starts for the modified series at Bowman Gray Stadium.
When he retired almost two years ago, it was Hanks knowledge and dedication to the sport that led to this site being born that remembers what he gave to the sport for 40 years. Hank always cared about the little guy.
