Lakeland to be graced by Kyle Busch's presence

Either way, this is shaping up to be the best shootout yet at Lakeland, big name wise.

Rumor on ModSeriesScene.com and Racersbored.com is that Busch will also be driving at NSS in Feb. in a Northern Modified…

Jeez, I hope that rumor is true. Some of the most compelling speedweeks were when Tony Stewart was there in a modified. He was very competitive with the regulars, and an instant rivalry developed.

Can you imagine a villian like Kyle Busch banging wheels with Ted Christopher and Blewett night after night?

That’s a stellar list indeed…with the exception of Kyle Busch.

He’s a real tool.

Can’t wait to see shrub get his lesson in a modified. Christopher will hand him his a$$.

Don’t count on Busch getting his ass handed to him. Like him or not, the guy can wheel a racecar. With no previous experience in a Dirt Late Model, he still got 2nd at The Prelude, behind Carl Edwards who has plenty of dirt time, and ahead of Jeff Gordon, who gets high marks for his dirt track skills.

I’m still waiting on my old buddy, Steven Wallace to enter Crashfest (oops, Speedfest). His unlimited budget of stupid moves will ruin someone elses season before it even gets started.

Anyways, good looking pre-entry list. Watch out for Corey Williams… he looks like he may be the real-deal!

Thats the part that frustrates me about him, he is very talented, but damn, he is hard to like. If he comes out to NSS in a mod and hangs with the big boys, I will be extremely impressed.

Maybe not on the track, but in the pits…

…if Kyle misses with Teddy on the track, he may finally get a taste of old time racing in the pits. Jerry that in itself might be worth the price of admission.

more than likely that won’t happen.after teddy dumped the kid that drives the 22 he didn’t exactly stand up in the pits when confronted.all depends on what happens if anything.would like to see more appearances from cup drivers at NSS for that matter in anything.

I don’t care if he wins. I still don’t like him.:smilie_bett:

derf, you are in luck, Steve Park and Mike Skinner have signed on to race modifieds at NSS during Speedweek.

Glad to see Kyle Busch there. IF the car passes tech, it will be rewarding when we smoke him.
