I did the math on the Paul McCartney-Heather Mills divorce.

After 5 years of marriage, he paid her $49 million.

Assuming he had sex with her every night during their 5 year relationship, it ends up costing him $26,849 per lay, not counting attorney’s fees and court costs.

On the other hand, Elliot Spitzer’s call girl, Kristen, charges $4,000 an hour. Crazy, right?

But…

Consider this…

Had Paul McCartney employed Kristen for 5 years, he would’ve paid $7.3 million for an hour of sex every night for 5 years (a savings of $41+ million).

Value-added benefits are: a 22 year old hot babe, no begging, no coaxing, never a headache, wide open menu, ability to put both legs around you, no bitching and complaining or ‘to do’ lists. No tree-huggers, carbon footprint or “I don’t eat anything that has a face” benefits to attend. And best of all, she leaves when you’re done, and comes back the next day, ready for another round. All at 1/7th the cost, with no legal fees.

Is it just me, or is it better to rent?

pointing out that Heather Mills was a price gouger indicates low morals?

Say what? Can’t figure how would you construe any indication of HM’s morals from that joke? The only time the word is used is in the disclaimer which is also meant as a joke.

I understood what he meant. I’m sure Todd was just commenting that he didn’t find it a “moral infringement” - what a surprise

well someone who price gouges, by definition ( and many places by law, FL fer instance ), has low morals. QED linkied for John

but i was talking about your joke disclaimer anyway.

that is, i don’t consider a text which points out the low morals of someone else to, itself, be immoral. nor do i consider the composer immoral. if we used that standard the bible ( which is chock full of murders, genocide, rape, incest, homosexuality, usury, idol worship, etc ) would be “immoral”.

but now you’ve gone and killed the funny.

good going Jim.

heck no. if Paul McCartney wants to pay me 50 mill to sleep with me that would be the pinnacle of moral standing.

if he wanted to sleep with you though, i’d have to call the Westboro Church in on your sorry butt.

Holy Smokes TM. All that’s getting pretty cerebral for just a joke don’t-cha think?

Sorry Heather didn’t win Dancing With The Stars if that’s what’s got you all cranked up here. Looking back on it though, (Dancing) obviously the other contestants had a leg-up on her…oh crap…there I go again.

Chill out man.
