Rigney has unveiled a new car just purchased from the Baker Motorsports stables. The car was built by and for Earl Baker.
Rigney who used to run as a regular at the Friendship Speedway has now diverted his full attention away since they have went to dirt.
Rigney is a regular at Bowman Gray Stadium and is competing in the Whelen Southern Modified Tour and the ASA Southern Modified Tour.
Rigney gets a lot of help from fellow Mount Airy resident and modified ace Frank Fleming.
Rigney still retains his familiar number and his other car however on the new car, he has decided to try the black color.
Give this man his due time and you will see a serious contender anywhere he competes.
