I saw this on another thread, and it was extremely interesting on what people could come up with. Post a picture of consecutive car numbers, starting with 0 through 00, and then 1 through 99. Here’s a start:

Ed Ortiz… Ransomville NY & Mt. Dora, Fla.

Nascar racer Regan Smith.

P.S. - I hope a lot of you participate, but I ain’t quittin’ till this thread fills all the way up to 99… and then I’ll probably start on triple-digit numbers and odd-ball things like the “question mark” and the “percent sign” cars!

Whoever doesn’t like this, here’s your warning to ignore the rest of this thread!

For all of the rest… enjoy a trip throughout all styles and era’s of auto racing.

03, Danny Bancroft

He made a name for himself in the Hobby class at Palm Beach Fairgrounds, but is shown here on the road course at Miami Hollywood. Photo by “Larrytg”!

How could anyone skip the Double Zero… and it’s most famous user!

I’m keeping number 6 for myself. My all-time favorite racer, who could build a car, race the wheels off of it, and built a chassis building empire that changed the entire sport, on both asphalt & dirt. 30 years after opening the shop doors for business, Troyer Engineering still churns out the fastest and most beautiful work in the Northeast.

Also the record holder for most flips in a single crash at Daytona.

One of my all time favorite cars: this Fiat was a modified mini stock that raced at Florida City, and was driven by Wayne Varner.
