FASTRAK to Broadcast From Lavonia Speedway
Saturday Night at 7 pm
Carnesville, GA (Mar-18) This weekend as the FASTRAK Racing Series Southern/Smoky Mtn/Mid East Touring Series heads to Lavonia Speedway for event number 2 of the 2009 season, the FASTRAK Racing Series made the announcement today that Saturday Nights Late Model Mania will be broadcast live from Lavonia Speedway via the internet. In a first for the FASTRAK Racing Series last fall, all 4 nights of the 2008 GRAND NATIONALS were broadcast live via the World Wide Web. In the weeks leading up to the FASTRAK Racing Series Modoc 100 at Modoc Speedway two weeks ago, the flow of telephone calls into the FASTRAK Racing Series National Headquarters increased steadily as race fans were inquiring as to whether or not the event would be broadcast. Ultimately, even with the event being broadcast live, the FASTRAK Racing Series Modoc 100 rewrote the Modoc Speedway record books by setting an all time attendance mark never before seen in the rich 25 year history of Modoc Speedway.
