Name either one of these two drivers. (standing center)

Here?s some clues that will just about give this away:
Place: Sunshine Speedway
Year: 1979 ? 1980
Class: Figure Eight

I know the guy?s name on the right however I don?t know him personally as I do the shorter guy on the left. The guy on the left used to work for me at the time as a heavy equipment operator.

More clues: My old friend on the left flies a pretty mean RC Plane and the last time I spoke with him he and his bride were still terrorizing the streets of Largo on their respective choppers. ( Yes, his & hers).[/SIZE]:sport009:
