Just read on 4M that Volusia has rained out for tonight. No surprise.
None at all. With the exception of East Bay [???] I doubt anyone will be racing tonight.
Sad but true, Volusia is also rained out. So far no word from East Bay but the radar shows rain there also. What a miserable night here in Sunny Florida!!!
