Ray Cook's Southern National Series at Rome Speedway Results

From Media Contact: Ryan Delph - Delph Communications

The Southern Nationals Series made their debut this past Saturday night in front of a healthy crowd at the legendary Rome Speedway in Rome, Georgia. Chris Madden walked away the winner of the $5,300 to win race. After starting third on the grid in the 53-lap feature event, Chris grabbed the top spot on lap five and never looked back. He drove his #44 Team Zero racer to victory lane after holding off the challenge of Jonathan Davenport, who rallied from the rear of the field following an early race incident. Shane Clanton, Tommy Kerr, and Clint Smith rounded out the top five.
