2.3 flywheel

I need to find someone who knows what they are looking at on these motors. Mine was eating starters, 4 in 2 weeks so I pulled the flywheel. The Ring gear is chewed up, and the throw out bearing looks like someone welded it together in thier garage. I cannot identify the flywheel, but it not stock and may have been balanced.

shimm the starter out 30 thousands of an inch

iv been through a few with the same results i would sugest shimming or run stock if the problem continues iv had better luck with stock unless u spend 500.00 on a race set up
