R.I.P. John Boswell. John passed last night after a lengthy bout with cancer. John use to own and operate Auburndale Speedway and was with racing for many years. His arrangements are at Glen Abey Funeral Home and will let everyone know what the day the services are.

John was the owner of then winterhaven and olso alburndale speedway for many years. He was the father of Tony the flagman for USA HOTTERS and on and on. The thing i rember the most was a race he had enough gets to have called the cypress 300. 100 lap Fri 100 laps Sat and 100 on Sun.
It was a great race. When we puled in the pits there were more cars than we had ever seen before. ED Howle Mike Eddy Dick Trickel Lary More(fast time).
Every one that was enyone was there. In those days we went just to say we were part of the show. We won the 24 car consolation race Fri and Sat and wer proud of it. started 8th i think in the main on Sun.
