Slicks

Is the rumor true that the mods will be running slicks. And i for one love the idea of 50 lappers

Yes Doug Punta Gorda Speedway will be running 8" slicks for the modifieds this year. Hope to see you down some this year. All Open Wheel races will be 50 lappers with qualifying. Trucks will be 35 lappers with heat races and a few 50 lappers, more 50 lappers for the trucks may be added at a later date. Trucks will still be on 8" Goodyear grooved tires.

Whats the status on the 2011 Rule Books? Will Mini Stocks be on the 13" Goodyear treaded tire?

Will the Sportsman and Super Stock still be on grooved tires?

Are the sportsmen going to be on slicks as well…Are the sportsmen rules similar to citrus ??

Only class going to slicks are the modifieds and Doug I’m not LB.
