Is there any truth that al varnadore is in need of a $700,000.00 loan or the track will close after speedweeks? I also heard that al talked to David reutimann about partnering up and David declined. If anyone has heard this or knows whether its fact or fiction please give me your insight. Thanks guys
P.s also found out the reason for the tire change is because the track owes hoosier a lot of money, so hoosier isn’t going to supply the track with tires due to the fact that the track was pocketing the money from tires and not paying hoosier.
Hope this isn’t true, let me know what’s floating around out there.
Have heard for past 2 years that they were losing track due to not making payments.Who knows??
The only thing about tires that I do know is that Hoosiers suggested retail price on the Outlaw 4 tires that I use is $105.The track was charging $140.
Al said Hoosier went up on their price this year was the reason on changing to Goodyear.Who knows maybe have to change my Outlaw 4 to Mod Mini and go run pavement!!!
i hope not! theres always rumors like that! has been since ive raced there! but sitting back and reading the writing on the wall, it sure looks that way!
i doubt it will close, but will stanley end up back with the track…hmmmm anything possible. i hope for all our sakes easybay remains! i love the track! if al and them are going down, i hope somone save’s them!
