Its really sad when people stuip so low to lye to get a minor, that was put in a choke hold by an adult, supened and fined 200.00 for some thing he did not do!!! all because were a 2 kart team and the other party has 10 or more karts.they a have a board meeting and decide all this ,and we were not notifed of this, and lets us now the eve before the next race.wow also the adult that touched the minor is still allowed at that track and nothing was dine to him. more to come
IF it happened the way you say, that adult needs a good beating, in public!!!
yes i agree but we did not call the police because track said they were handling it,instead the group said my son hit a lady he did not.this is the way we get treated for trusting the track, very said
Seen it happen many times. Don’t know which track youre talking about and probably just as well I don’t. I remember one night a couple yrs ago one of the money teams kept slaming into the side of us, during pace laps!! Cut a tire on us 3 weeks in a row. Finally we got pissed, the head pit guy comes over and told the driver not to leave our pits, which he never did before, and that they saw it happen. I picked up the cut tire, threw it at his feet and said, “Yeah you saw it but don’t do a damn thing about it” And they didnt, it was a big money team and they had bought tech. Finally one nite at practice one of our guys go over to the other team and told them I was buying a new door and fender and intended to give the old ones to them so the kid could run over them at their shop and leave us the hell alone. Have to admit, they did! But today theres no trucks, all the regular guys quit, they couldn’t compete with the $ teams. What a shame. Let me ask you, when they :“handled it”: did they allow you to be there to tell your side? No, they never do. If they really cared they would of called the team leader of both teams into the office and squared it all away. What do you want to bet, If you had called the police you would of never been allowed back to that track.
Please tell us more. Not much to go by here.
If the minor was under 15 i can see some concern.
I had a (minor) call me a &#$@*&^% and sucker punch me through my window (helmet off) in the pits after an on track altercation.
Was i supposed to take that because he was a minor? more to come.
BTW all, these are not related…just a story to tell.
Coward
Like I said before ANYTIME someone sucker punches someone thru the window of a race car, is a coward, period! And especially if they leave their helmet on. like Harvick tried to Kyle Busch, not because of who he is but because of what he tried to do.

The rules state you must have a fire extinguisher. I would think that some ABC to the face would be in order if somebody wants to throw punches through the window at somebody who can’t defend themselves! Problem solved! Some of these punk ass rich kids at these tracks have no respect for anybody whatsoever. What they do understand is a wadded up race car, thats the ONLY thing that will get their “parents” attention in many cases.
ok ill bite
what the hell happened
sorry we dont use fire bottles in go karts,he wasnt even in his kart when he got put in a choke hold by a man thats about 40 or so drunk off his but sure smelled like it.he was coming to defend his father, which was being assaulted but one of the other team members. then that man pushed him called him names.
