remember this

Notice the car counts?

That looked like fun! Except for the last crash… Didn’t look like it hit anything hard but I bet it hurt is wallet more than anything.

Camera man did a good job. Wonder who it was…

I miss those car counts & action it seems everyone has toned down the action in order to save money these days.2006 was my rookie year at citrus county & I really miss it. radials were $65 & race fuel was only $4 per gallon we had 20+ cars in all divisions & 38 cars in v-8 thunders having to run a B feature. I don’t think it will ever be like that again but it was nice while it lasted.

2006 was my rookie season also i had a blast things sure have changed

More cars yup,but still not much in the stands even with what looks like a good show, promotor not getting the word out or too high fan fees or both, some part of package was missing:confused:

Thats some good shots there. Glad no one was hurt at least not very bad.

Thats what i keep saying EJC. Was a lot better racing going on just back then. Although Sat night at NSS was a taste of what it was back then. I guess no cup race for one thing. Although I dont but that completly, Lots of fans amd MOST frivers wouldnt stay home because of a cup race. I dont know what made them have heats but I have always enjoyed the heats.

Im in the 21 in the first few seconds of video:) I love doing donuts

Who was driving that #70?
