Must be wet..

At NSS. Man its rained pretty hard here most of the A.M. About maybe 8 miles as the bird flies from my house. Hope they race tonight.

Man, we could sure use the rain up this way…but not TONIGHT!

We’ve had quite a lot lately, we’re lucky i guess. Suns out now though, has been a couple hrs or so. Hey, wanna come over and watch the Nationwide race tonight? JOKE!!!

Don, right now everything is looking good for tonight’s Ltd Late Model 50… Fingers crossed of course but we will post on the site, here and on our facebook if anything changes.

Should be a good night of racing!

Thank, you!!

According to my Radar everything that was close has broken up and we are looking great right now for tonight’s racing!

Only if they’re racing on one of the 1.5 mile tracks! Go #18! NO, WAIT!!!
I gotta decide on Bubba’s at 60 miles away or Lake City at 10 miles. LC is running emods AND sportsman which doesn’t happen very often. Did Joyce win the Lottery or something?? Guess I’ll just see when I get to I-75.

To RSB!

Thanks for being a good sport and taking a joke. What a wreckfest in the Late Model race at NSS tonight. Darn!!! Something like , i dont know, 15 or so started, about 7-8 cautions or more, 4 cars finished. What a joke. Jason Boyd broke down so thats not his fault, but sure hurt the show!! Love him or hate him, he is one fun driver to watch. I’m liking him more all the time

I see the #11 finished second. That is a Scott Lagasse prepared car, and the driver’s first asphalt race. Did he run well, or was the second place from attrition?

Joe, Aaron ran last Saturday Night with us as well and although finished 9th, he turned a lot of heads all afternoon/evening from the moment practice started and the finish does not reflect how well he really did.

Now last night, more than once, he had the car completely sideways in turns 3 & 4 (I was looking at the passenger side door from the tower) and I still have no clue how he saved it, much less did it without even losing a spot both times that I saw.

I do not have any information on the driver but he sure is fun to watch wheel a car.

jacko

It really was from attrition although finishing is a lot to do with it, and finish he did. He actually was running pretty good though.

Thanks for the info guys. I forgot they ran last Saturday as well. The Lagasses are friends of mine, and they are very high on this young man. He has done very well on the dirt at Volusia in the Sportsman class. Hopefully we will have our Super Late at either OSW or NSS next weekend.

AWESONE!! Will you let me know??

Yes, we should know by Wednesday.

Aaron Barsness was the Sportsman champion at Volusia last year, I believe and he has just moved to running asphalt… His family is out of MO and run a company called America’s Incredible Pizza… Their only franchise in FL right now is somewhere up near Jacksonville… Nice bunch of people…

We will be racing our SLM at Orlando Friday, or if it rains out, Saturday at NSS.

Thanks Dave… I was wondering if that was Barsness they were refering to. The kid is really good on Dirt, and I thought his next logical step would be full-blown Dirt Late Models.

The move to Asphalt surprises me…

Not really… I think Aaron will try ARCA pretty soon and his dad has sponsored Nationwide cars…
