Just got the 2011 edition of the Daytona 500/Speedweek Program… Well worth the $15 cover price… Anthem Publishing did a good job this year…
As a side note, the Archives has the only remaining copies of the 2008 (50th Anniversary) Daytona 500 programs. The vendors ran out of these 3 hours before the race started that year. We do have a limited number that are for sale and we’ve been selling a bunch since our tour guides found out about it… The blasted thing is selling for $200-$300 on E-Bay, but you can get a copy at the ISC set price of $50 while they last… This is probably one of the best programs ever produced for a NASCAR event and if you never got one for your collection, just e-mail me at announcerdave@usa.net and I’ll make arrangements to get you one… Again, limited numbers, so it’s first come first serve… Also have the hard-bound edition of the 1999 Daytona 500 program (Earnhardt on the cover) with all the good stuff about his 1998 D 500 victory… Those are $25 and I have quite a few available… If you are looking for any old program, just e-mail me with your request… We have over 10,000 extra copies in our warehouse primarily from Daytona, Darlington & Talladega, but quite a few others to… If you are a sports car nut, we have a lot of the old Daytona SCCA/Paul Whiteman Cup programs that are really relics and very interesting…
Dave, would you have any copies for sale of the 2010 Rolex 24?
I’ll check…
Ok, great! Thanks!
Any news on the 2010 Rolex program, Dave?
