Anybody see this one from Five Flags?

[B][I]Darren “DJ” VanderLey (@DJVanderLey) hunts down Grant Enfinger (@GrantEnfinger) and retaliates for an incident which occured on lap 97 of 100 in the Papa John’s 100 at Five Flags Speedway in Pensacola, FL where Enfinger deliberately turned VanderLey. The incident stemmed from a previous incident early in the race where VanderLey spun Enfinger after Enfiger made an agressive pass on him. In the end, neither driver finished the race.

DJ VanderLey vs. Grant Enfinger Video…

82 must sure be a puss. Needed to go to the OTHER window.

Lol puss is an understatement.

Looks like two other cars received damage from this move.

I would like to see video of Dj in the pits afterwards. He seems like the type to run and hide behind his daddy.

Another perfect example of why children who can’t control their tempers don’t belong in big boy cars. Think he’ll spend a dime of any money he works for (if he has a job) to fix that mess? Time for Daddy to park him for a while to make him think about his tantrum. I’m so glad most Dad’s choose to skip Sportsman on their way to paving the way to their children’s career to NASCAR…

You see the car wrecked against the inside wall near the finish line because of them wrecking each other? Thats me… yayy

Kinda saw this coming from VDL. I followed both the Snowflake and Snowball races in December, and it sounded like he bounced off every car on the property. I figured sooner or later, somebody would have enough of his shit. Sounds like Grant Enfinger was the one. I’ve never seen Grant involved in any ‘dirty’ driving, but DJ is surrounded by it. Rich punk kid with no respect, and now a bunch of people, Daniel Webster included, get to pay for his tantrums.

he should be suspended for at least 1 year!!!

And youre correct, Five Flags has suspended Vanderley for the remainder of the season. That doesnt include the Snowball though. The suspension is over September 29th.

He does buy a BUNCH of tires that weekend…

No use for either one, neither are my cup of tea as far as racers go. One of the few times I was on the Wayne Anderson bandwagon was at the derby a few years back when he and Grant got into it as a result of Grant driving in over his head and dumping a while pile of cars in the turn one wall. Wayne was intent on teaching him some manners - Grant had the good sense to avoid that.

Was amazed that DJ didnt get out and handle it after he tboned him, if you are that pissed, you should at least get out and explain it to him!

They’re both pussies.

I found some video of the heated exchange they had after the race.

That’s some GREAT footage there…!!!

I couldnt really see how it started, both cars were black and it was smokey… then it stopped abruptly lol. But yeah its really frustrating to put all the hours and money we can to go run a race like that and get taken out by people who dont have to work on their stuff

But I believe Enfinger turned the 4 to cause the wreck from what I’m told… But who knows what preceded that…

Now that’s some funny sh#t right there!!!

That kind of stuff is one of the main reasons my late model is sitting on jack stands. I cannot afford to rebuild my car after every night.
