I have a Phil Harper 604 GM crate motor for sale. The engine is used and still in our late model. We purchased the late model race ready at the end of last year’s season. So we don’t really have any history on the motor. It does have fresh valve springs and seems to be in good shape. Our class allows for an alternate engine, the Florida Limited Spec which is what we wish to convert to. So our PHM 604 is for sale. Excludes carb, alternator, power steering pump, headers and clutch.
