Once again, an outstanding field of Sportsman.

I’m wondering that too. Nothing against Russ but he’s never run up front.

Not hard to get a top 5 with only 11 cars (1 of which was a pro late). at least 2 of the cars had crash damage as well. That 68 is a nice looking car too!

Give Russ his due… He rarely runs a “regular” show anymore, mostly the bigger races with better payouts for the guys who finish further back… His car is vastly outdated and his budget… well he has no budget… just enough money to get to the track… That being said, Russ gets everything he can out of his car… He ran steady Saturday night and stayed away from everyone else’s trouble… For those of you who remember his days in the “old” Sportsman class at OSW, he was a frontrunner back then even though he rarely made it in time to get any practice laps…
