Are all invited to run the Governors Cup with New Smyrna Speedway Super Stocks on 11/12/16 for a 50 lapper. Must run your track rules, everybody is going to be on HOOSIER 750s ( no soaking ). Your car will be teched to the track rules you are claiming. NO MIXING OF TRACK RULES!!
