Breaking news on the Motorsports scene in the last hour.NASCAR has announced a merger with IMCA.The new joint venture will be branded as NIMCARS.Team charters will be marketed to only athletes & entertainers in its initial season.The vehicle platform will be a totally new car known as a Big Greenie.Honda & Kia of America will be the first two manufacturers to join initially with plans of Tesla joining by mid season.The first race will be held January 1 2023 on a specially designed course around the parking lot of the Kentucky Speedway and its F-150 storage facility.More details to follow soon.
