Super Cup Stock Car Series Website Is Up

The Super Cup Stock Car Series website is now up and running.

Most importantly owners, drivers and crew members can download registration forms and get registered for the 2008 racing season.

The schedule is taking shape. While the schedule is not complete on the website, you can get an idea of what is in the works. Director of Competition, Joe Schmaling, is hard at work on getting a complete schedule announced very soon.

Schedule complete for SCSCS 08

SCSCS has added Columbus Motor Speedway to the schedule on May 3rd.
This is the final touch on our schedule for the 2008 racing season.
SCSCS has a ten race schedule for 08,it will visit six tracks in five states.
SCSCS will also have the super mini-cup series joining them at four races in 08
Three at Tri-county motor speedway and one at Newport.
They will also have an enduro race and a street stock race at Tri-county Motor speedway on all three dates.:ernaehrung004:

A detailed schedule of events for the races at TCMS on 3/8/08 are now posted on our web-site
There will be a full day of racing to open the 08 racing season at TCMS.
Joining the Super cup series at TCMS will the MMRA super mini-cup series, a 75 lap street stock race and a 75 lap enduro race. for more info go to our web-site. Come out to the track on March 8th and see for yourself what the Super Cup series is all about. Practice starts at 11:30. Gates open at 1:30 Qualifying at 2:00 and racing starts at 3:00. Super Cup Series @ Newport April 12th

:waffen093:The Super cup series will be at the Newport Speedway on April 12th for the first of two scheduled visits.
The race will sponsored by Xtreme Trophies and more.
The second race at Newport is scheduled for October 4th
Drivers from allover the eastern US will taking a shot to win this race.
Newport Speedway will be the site of the second race of the newly formed Super Cup Series and the first time many of these drivers have ever been on the high banks.It should be a very eventful day.
The list of drivers is growing as the new series draws more teams into this exciting form of racing.Super Cup Stock Car Series was formed in November of last year after holding two exhibision, one at Hickory and the other at Tri-county motor speedway.
After qualifying there will be an on track autograph session so the fans at Newport can meet the drivers and see the cars up close.

Columbus Motor Speedway

May 3rd at Columbus Motor Speedway will be the site of round three for the Super Cup Series.
Columbus Motor Speedway will host the first race of the 08 season north of the Ohio river.
Three of the four trophys given out by Super Cup and both of the pole awards are on the north side of the Ohio river. Only one stayed in North Carolina. Expo race #1 at Hickory Motor Speedway was won by Dexter Canipe Jr. on October 13th. Ryan Miller of Ohio took the trophy home after his win in the second Expo race on October 27th at TCMS. On March 8th 2008 the Super Cup Series held its ever sanctioned event at TCMS, the pole was won by Jimmie Crabtree of Muncie Id. and the race was won by sixteen year old Megan Reitenour of Miamisburg Ohio.
April 12th saw fifteen year old Ryan Miller win the pole at Newport Speedway and Jimmie Crabtree win the race.
