Dear racing family,
I had very hard call today. It was one of those calls you never can expect. Frank Firestine passed away last night. It is hard for me to write this. The tears are coming from not only my eyes ,but my heart. Frank was one of my best friends. We supported each other through many happy and rough times. We argued, laughed and cried through untold NEXTEL hours. He never forgot to ask about my family and always helped out in our times of need. He was one of the founding Fathers of the FASTRUCK Series and a true racer. He passed that love to his son.
I am very sorry to bring you such sad news but I would like us all to be there to support his family. I will let everyone know about the arrangments. The funeral will be on Saturday.
