Leo L. McCullough, May you Rest in Peace
OCALA - Leo L. McCullough, 74, a retired, self-employed distributor of bottled water, died Friday, May 9, 2003.

A native of Willoughby, Ohio, he moved here from Homosassa one year ago. Mr. McCullough was founder and former coach of the Northwestern Wrestling Team. He was a U.S. Navy veteran, and he was Protestant.

McCullough was injured April 18th during lap 47 of a Super Late Model feature when his car slammed into the turn one wall at a 90 degree angle with the throttle hung wide open.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret McCullough, Ocala; son, Lee McCullough, Ocala; daughters, Sharon Shaughnessy, New Tripoli, Pa., and Cathy McCullough, Allentown, Pa.; brother, William McCullough, Leesburg; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
