How about Patrick Sheltra he has the ARCA points lead and he doesn’t get talked about much on this board.

then talk…

we all dont know everyone so tell us about Patrick. thats how we learn about drivers we dont have the pleasure of meeting.
carol aka oz

Patrick is from Indiantown, 1/2 hour north of West Palm beach. He started racing at Thundercross in Okeechobee when he was 14 years old in the pure stock division. He eventualy moved up to the Late model division and started traveling around the country and winning big races at a young age. He started racing in the ARCA series around 4 years ago. He has also won in that series, he has also ran a few nationwide series races recently. He and his family also own the dirt late model, that Shannon Babb drives on the Lucas oil series. Someone on here probably knows his exact age, but I think he is right at 21 years old now. He has really done well for himself in a short amount of time. He and his family are also someone you can root for, hope things keep going well for him.

Thanks for that info. I follow Joey on his facebook page and he is doing really well. I think for Josh williams, this is his second Arca race, but he has done really well in the Legends and Trucks and i hope he does well sat. It is great to get info about these young fellows from Florida and what they are doing. I like the info about ALL the Florida drivers.

Google Patrick Sheltra and go yo his website

thank you

these are the things i want to read about on here. i especially love following the “kids”… we have seen them start so young and grow… Travis Kittleson, Aric Almirola, Josh Williams, Jason Boyd, Ross Chastain, …heck there are just so many we watched from grade school to being married with children…
we have alot of drivers who made it all the way to NASCAR… some who are just as good but cant afford the luxury…i think Jeff choquette is a prime example of a driver that should have made it…
well anyway, i wish all the drivers a fun and safe race this weekend.God bless…
